 Showing You Homes
As we find properties that interest you, we will set up appointments to take you in to view them. We'll keep tabs on the status of properties you're interested in, and keep you informed of price changes, pending offers and much more. We'll NEVER pressure you to buy a property. And because we've taken the time to learn your needs early on, you won't have to waste a lot of time viewing properties that aren't for you.

 Negotiating and More
When we find you a property that you are interested in purchasing, we'll help you through the entire process. We'll ensure the proper contracts, amendments, etc. are filled out completely and correctly. We'll negotiate on your behalf with the sellers and their Realtor to get you the best price and terms favorable to you. We'll arrange inspections, appraisals, collecting necessary documentation, handle any sale conditions, and ensure your bank and lawyer receive the necessary documents and instructions, so that your purchase can proceed smoothly.
